What kind of print quality can I expect?

We use professional-grade printers and premium photo paper to ensure sharp detail and vibrant colors. Every order is personally checked by Ella before it ships.

Can I preview my order before it’s printed?

Yes! We can send a digital proof upon request. Just leave a note during checkout or contact us after uploading your photos.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Expedited options are available during checkout. International shipping is also available upon request.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! If you’re nearby, you can pick up your order from our studio (by appointment). You’ll see pickup as an option at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🔁 Returns & Reprints

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t right?
A: We want you to love your prints. If your order is damaged or there’s a printing issue, we’ll reprint it for free. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because prints are custom-made, we typically offer reprints instead of refunds. However, if you’re truly unhappy, reach out — we’ll make it right.

💾 Supported File Formats

Q: What formats can I upload?
A: We accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF. For best results, upload high-resolution images (300 DPI recommended).

Q: Can I print photos from my phone?
A: Absolutely! Mobile photos print beautifully when taken with good lighting and quality. Just upload directly from your device.

Q: Do you resize or crop photos?
A: We adjust for size and layout, but we’ll never crop important parts. If a crop is needed, we’ll send a proof for approval or follow your notes.

Q: Can I request a custom size or product?
A: Yes! Just send us a message with your idea and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

Q: Can you help design layouts for photo books or collages?
A: Definitely. We offer layout design support for photo books, albums, and framed collages. Let us know your preferences when placing an order.

Q: Do you offer branding for photographers or businesses?
A: We do! Ask us about custom packaging, logo inserts, or white-label delivery for your studio or event.
